The objective of this website is to outline a proposal to provide your organization with highly specialized forensic consultation services to enhance your group’s ability to deliver professional, successful services.

While serving 12 years in the United States Air Force as a psychiatrist, forensic consultant, and as Chief of the TriService Addiction Recovery Center in Washington, D.C., I gained valuable experience consulting to various military courts on matters unique to my credentials. Now, having transitioned to civilian practice, I wish to continue such quality services.
